I leveraged dialogue not only as a method of engagement, but as a strategic tool for organizational resilience, civic leadership, and systems change.

The Anti-Racism Wheel

Ms. Shelton created the anti-racism wheel as an effort to highlight ways to eliminate racism. Defining racial inequities and the equity initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic was essential to continue highlighting the mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
